UniCredit assignment - KRUK Investimenti

On 17 January 2022, UniCredit S.p.a., as assignor, on the one hand, and KRUK Investimenti S.r.l., as assignee, on the other hand, signed two contracts for the assignment of receivables pursuant to Articles 4 and 7.1 of Law No. 130 of 30 April 1999.

By means of a notice of assignment published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale (Parte II) n. 11 del 29/01/2022, codice redazionale TX22AAB1049, the assignee gave notice of the aforementioned assignments.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 7.1, paragraph 6, of Law No. 130 of 30 April 1999, the following indicative data of the assigned receivables are given below, which will remain published on this page until the date of settlement of the assigned receivables: file code and NDG customer code.

Deutsche Bank assignment - KRUK Investimenti

On 25 November 2021, Deutsche Bank S.p.a., as assignor, on the one hand, and KRUK Investimenti S.r.l., as assignee, on the other, signed a contract for the assignment of receivables pursuant to articles 4 and 7.1 of Law No. 130 of 30 April 1999.

By means of a notice of assignment published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale (Parte II) n. 11 del 29/01/2022, codice redazionale TX22AAB1047, the assignee gave notice of the aforementioned assignment.

Findomestic Banca assignment - KRUK Investimenti

On 27 September 2022, Findomestic Banca S.p.A., as assignor, on the one hand, and KRUK Investimenti S.r.l., as assignee, on the other, signed a contract for the assignment of receivables with legal effect from 28 September 2022, pursuant to articles 4 and 7.1 of Law No. 130 of 30 April 1999.

By means of a notice of assignment published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale (Parte II) n. 120 del 13/10/2022, codice redazionale TX22AAB11038, the assignee gave notice of the aforementioned assignment.
