KRUK Investimenti S.r.L. is a securitization vehicle incorporated under Law 130 of 30 April 1999, enrolled in the list of securitization vehicles held by Bank of Italy according to the Bank of Italy regulation dated 7 giugno 2017 and based in the center of Milan, specialized in purchasing large receivables portfolios with purpose to let them be serviced by receivables management companies. The company is open on different investments of receivables, like financial institutions, insurance companies or utilities companies. The main group, over half of the investment portfolio, contains receivables of financial institutions.
