As a provider of complete loss prevention and debt management services, KRUK S.A is involved in debt purchases as well. Starting with the year 2011, the company has been quoted on the Stock Exchange from Warsaw (WSE) and on Catalyst (Warsaw Stock Exchange bond market). KRUK S.A. is the leader of the Polish account receivable management (ARM) market.

Pożyczki Novum Finance Sp. z o.o. (in liquidation)

The company used to offer short-term credits to ex-debtors that have already paid their debts to the companies of KRUK Group in the agreed period of time. Currently Pożyczki Novum Finance Sp. z o.o is in liquidation. This means that all its assets were transferred to KRUK S.A. and the lending activity was expanded to this society.
